During the Green Phase the grasses reign the garden. Silver Arrow grass (Miscanthus sinensis condensatus 'Silberfeil') is adjacent to the arbor. Giant silver grass (Miscanthus floridulus) screens us from the street. Variegated Giant Reed (Arundo donax 'Variegata') struts its stuff beside the Spruce Pine.
