A few years down the road our screen from the street has begun to grow and the front yard is quite private. During a rare recent snow, Boona pauses on our front deck to admire the scene. The snow accents the form of the Florida leucothoe (Agarista populifolia) and the striking palmetto (Sabal minor) by our front door. Note the canopy of the white oaks in the back yard.
